  1. Population and dissenters: There are about an Hundred & five Families in my Parish. There is no Dissenter of any Denomination in my Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is not any publick or Charity School, endow'd or maintain'd in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is an Alms-house in my Parish, but no Hospital or other Charitable endowment. There have not any Lands been left to ye Repair of ye Church or any other pious use, excepting one little Meadow about an Acre antiently given for ye Relief of ye poor, which ye Parishioners leas'd out for three Lives before I came to ye Parish.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure, about half of a Mile from ye Church, but not at present in my Vicarage House which I have lately rebuilt.

  5. Curate: [No answer given]

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: On all publick Days, viz, ye 30th of January, 20th of May, Good-Friday &c. and twice every Lord's Day with a Sermon in ye Morning & Afternoon.

  8. Frequency of communion: Five times.

  9. Number of communicants: I have generally at Communion between three & four score sometimes more, at Easter last I had between fourscore & Ninety.

  10. Catechising of children: I [illegible deletion] catechize ye Children in my Church, either ye 6th Sundays in Lent, or 6 Sundays after Whitsunday.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is not any Chapel within my Parish either standing, or in Ruins.
